Do you welcome our revised proposals for Plot 4 Silverthorne Lane, retaining and restoring historic fabric while increasing pedestrian permeability and creating more efficient contemporary employment space?




The revised design approach protects the setting of the Grade II* listed St Vincent’s Works and enables public interaction with the heritage fabric of the western gable through a heritage walk. Do you welcome this?




Our proposals will provide contemporary employment space in the heart of Bristol’s Temple Quarter, close to key transport infrastructure and the proposed residential neighbourhood within the wider development. Do you welcome this?




The revised plans will deliver a BREEAM Excellent rating as a minimum. with the aim to deliver a Net zero carbon employment space which also meets the latest standards for occupant health and wellbeing. Is this important to you?




The revised plans will create enhanced permeability for pedestrians between Silverthorne Lane and the vibrant new canalside community proposed at Plots 2&3, incorporating the new heritage walkway. Is this important to you?
